We only have one size for our rates for a fully enclosed RV storage unit that is 17' X 50' that rent for $500.00 per month.

Yes, it's important to make a reservation for your RV storage because availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you contact our rental office in advance. (503) 982-2700
Answer 3:
Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility. Check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered, or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. We do not provide new tenants with a brochure from one of these companies.

Yes, but you will need to first visit the Advantage RV Storage facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments via credit card.

You can pay for your RV storage space by check, money order, Visa and MasterCard. Payments may be made in person or put into our night payment box. WARNING: Do NOT put cash in the night payment box.

To apply for your RV storage unit you'll need to provide the Advantage rental office staff with a current drivers license, copy of Registration, and Proof of Insurance Coverage. You must be 18 years of age and have a valid photo ID such as a driver’s license, federal ID, school ID or military ID in order to lease a unit.

The Advantage RV Storage staff can complete your rental process in just 20 to 30 minutes if you have all of the items necessary (as stated above). The entire process should take less than 30 minutes. Of course the time could vary depending on the number of customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are better than afternoons.

The main gate at Advantage RV Storage opens at 5: AM and closes at 11:30 PM. You can access your recreational vehicle any time during the hours that the gate is open.

Yes, we have cameras located throughout the RV storage facility as well as at the entrance and exit.

Yes every RV storage unit at Advantage RV Storage has a 30 Amp electrical panel and lights that is on an independent meter.

Yes, you will need to sign a rental agreement contract with Advantage RV Storage.
Answer 12:
The RV storage rent for each unit is due on the 1st day of each and every month, until the renter, or management terminates the rental agreement, by notification letter, and must check out in person.

We do not offer auto-pay at this time, but an account can be set up through the renter's financial institution for payments if you wish.

You can make your payments for your RV storage by phone, mail, special delivery, and in person at the rental office.
